Return and Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you decide to cancel your subscription you need to call us  at (888) 471-7623 or email us at info@uniper-care.com to process the cancellation.  We will follow up with you via phone within 2 business days and provide instructions on how to ship the Uniper TV Kit back to us at that time.

We have a 30-day risk free policy that includes a refund of the monthly subscription and free shipping of the equipment back to Uniper. Please see the details below.

1. Cancellation and Refund during the first 30 days of service

 

If you cancel the service within the first 30 days of the subscription, we will refund you for the first month’s subscription fee.

You are required to return the equipment to Uniper to avoid additional charges. See Return Policy below.

If you also purchased the optional one-time professional home installation, then this  service charge is not refundable once the account is activated.

 

2. Cancelation after the first 30 days of service

 

If you cancel the service after the first 30 days , we will stop charging you the subscription fee starting from the next billing cycle (as the subscription is charged on a monthly basis).

You are required to return the equipment to Uniper to avoid additional charges. See Return Policy below.

 

3. Return Policy

 

  1. In case of canceling the service, you are required to return the equipment to Uniper. Please contact Uniper for shipping instructions at info@uniper-care.com , or call us at (888) 471-7623

  2. If the disconnection happens within the first 30 days then Uniper will send you a prepaid shipping label to ship back the equipment.

  3. When you disconnect the Uniper TV service, you will need to ship the Uniper TV device back to us within 45 days. In case the equipment is not returned, we will charge a fee of $150 for the not-returned equipment fee.
